Haviland Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

Haviland & Co. is a manufacturer of Limoges porcelain in France, begun in the 1840s by the American Haviland family, importers of porcelain to the US, which has always been the main market. Its finest period is generally accepted to be the late 19th century, when it tracked wider artistic styles in innovative designs in porcelain, as well as stoneware and sometimes other ceramics.

Former Employee - Tank Farm Operator says

"The manager at the North facility is a joke, he knows absolutely nothing. The supervisor of the Acid Room at North is a joke. He will throw you under the bus and write you up for no reason if he doesnt like you, nobody in his work areas like him or respect him. The turnover rate since he started working is outrages they cant keep employees. Warehouse Worker (Former Employee) says

"I have seen many people come and go in the last 12 months. The execs change management and leadership so frequently its hard to ever establish a relationship with your supervisor or manager. Haviland seemingly dumps employees at the drop of a hat. Nobody's job is secure at this company. High turnover is due to poor leadership and a board of directors that just sucks money out of the "employee owned" company. Place is a joke."
